Scotts Valley Cinefest

We are pleased to announce the first annual Scotts Valley Cinefest, two solid nights of great movies created by Scotts Valley High School students as well as alumni and Scotts Valley residents.

Experience films created inside the award-winning Video Productions program, as well as the films created by alumni in college or while working in the entertainment industry. You will also have a chance to see great work created by your fellow Scotts Valley residents. (Info on how to submit a film is below.) There will be roughly 3 hours of films each night. Each night will have a different set of films shown.

The Scotts Valley Cinefest will take place on Friday, May 16th and Saturday, May 17th from 8:00pm - 11:00pm on both nights. The event will take place at the Scotts Valley Community Center at 361 Kings Village Rd in Scotts Valley.

Tickets are $7 for one night or $11 for both nights. They can be purchased at the SVHS office, during break at the high school the week leading up to the event, or online via Google Checkout below:

Please note: Your tickets will not be shipped to you. Simply print out the receipt and bring it with you to the festival.

In addition to a night of great films, food and beverages will be on sale throughout the night, as well as merchandise and DVD's of all the films shown at the festival. Take home a copy of everything you see that night!

All films shown are considered to be of a PG-13 rating or lower, but as some would be considered PG-13, please be aware that some of the films contain mature content, however it is all tasteful. We will also be showing the more dramatic or mature films towards the end of each night.
